Spinning The Wheel...

We were able to schedule a tour at the Artesa Ceramic Factory today for the volunteers. The tour was only 30 minutes but I thought it was cool. The ceramics are put into molds but everything else is done by hand. It was amazing! So many talented people working in the factory. The ceramics are used throughout town in restaurants and cafes, and are also shipped worldwide. They are beautiful! I would love to buy a whole kitchen set if I could but I may just have to settle for a centerpiece dish!
